Sinking Ship by Adikko Sinking Ship by Adikko
Where the title comes from?! Well... It kind of looks like a ship, doesn't it? This is a photo of water, so it looks like a sinking ship to me :p. This photo is also an test of my new idea for lighting. I used for the first time my selfmade tinfoil-on-cardboard reflecting thing :D. To be honest, it didn't really did too much, but always something :).

This is my entry for the Water Drops Contest hosted by #FireAndWaterPhotos.

-gasp-

It's gorgeous!

Love the detail, and the color is amazing. The varying forms of blue (some pit dark like the deepest ocean, the rest almost transparent...)

The different swirls of blue are amazing, there at the bottom. And I love the ripples in the actual splash.

And yes, it does look like a ship. ^^ :-)

Amazing job!

Thank you! I was worrying for a moment that only I saw a ship there :D.

The detail is preety much formed by the depth of field. It's one of these photos which are well focused (which I am proud of :D), so it makes this effect visible :D.

I was trying hard to get this variety blue effects, so it's good to know that you liked it! :).

Thank you! :)
